Chloride ion content (ppm): ≤10.

Application:
This product is colorless, flammable, insoluble in water, soluble in organic solvents such as benzene, and its freezing point is 0-50°C. Under the catalysis of acid and alkali, it polymerizes into organosilicon polymer, which is used to produce silicone oil and silicone rubber.

Precautions:
The mixture of vapor and air is explosive. Fine dispersions are easy to form explosive mixtures in the air, easy to accumulate static electricity and may ignite; through grounding, parallel connection or inert gas protection to avoid possible fire hazards.

Package:
190kg drums or 950kg/IBC

Storage:

DMC should be fireproof, rainproof, moistureproof, and prevent the infiltration of impurities such as acid and alkali during transportation;

It is forbidden to use mechanical equipment and tools that easily produce sparks when operating this product; load and unload with care during transportation to avoid leakage of this product due to damage to the container.

The temperature of the storage place for the dimethylsiloxane mixed ring body should be 20℃~40℃, and heat preservation and antifreeze work should be done when the temperature is lower than 17℃. Under the standard packaging, transportation and storage conditions, this product has a shelf life of 12 months from the date of production. It can be re-inspected after the expiry date, and it can still be used when the inspection result meets the requirements of the standard.
