TY-360 Methyl silicone emulsion
Description:
TY-360 is a non-ionic aqueous emulsion with slightly anionic, and with 60% dry content, for general purposes.
Application:
1. Smooth and silky for textiles
2. Softener in textile finish formulations
3. Mould release of technical rubber, tyres, plastics and foundry materials
4. Water repellent and release agent for industrial glassware
5. Additive in maintenance products: floor and furniture polishes, products for the maintenance of leather

Instruction of use
In the field of industrial mould release, generally recommend ty-365 diluted to about 0.2 to 1.2% active ingredients.
The dilutions are obtained by addition of 50-250 liters of water to 1 liter of TY-365 under vigorous mechanical stirring. The reverse process(add the emulsion into water) is not recommend.
The dilution of TY-365 should be applied (on clean moulds) by spray method. Hard water during application is not recommend. Water hardness should less than 250 ppm(CaCO3).
