TY-NE 810 Silicone Oil

Description:

TY-NE 810 is a self-dispersible polyether-amino-functional silicone fluid.

Viscosity(25℃, mPa.s): 3000-7000

Content: 80% (105℃, 3 hours)

Usage:

Dipping method: TY-NE810 diluted solution 1~5% (o.w.f)

Padding method: TY-NE810 diluted solution 10~50 g

200kg drums or 1000kg/IBC

Storage:

Store in cool and ventilated warehouse. 6 months of storage period.

Note: During storage, this product will appear indistinct stratification, which is a normal phenomenon. Mixing well before use will not affect the application of the product

Dilute Method

Formula

TY-NE810: 250kg

Glacial acetic acid: 2.5kg

Water: 750kg

Operation process:

1. Add emulsifier and crude oil into the stirring tank, start stirring, and stir well for 5-10 minutes
2. Add 60kg of water and stir for 5 minutes, then add 1kg of acid and stir for 10-15 minutes
3. Add 80kg of water and stir well for 10-15 minutes;
4. Add 80kg of water and stir well for 5-10 minutes;
5. Add 120kg of water and stir well for 5-10 minutes;
6. Add 150kg of water and stir well for 5-10 minutes;
7. Slowly add the remaining water under stirring conditions, stir well for 5-10 minutes; filter and pack
